Submitting an appointment request through the website does not guarantee an appointment. Requested dates and times are subject to confirmation by the applicable GenAuto service location.

Estimates provided online, by telephone, text message, or other electronic communication may be subject to change following inspection of the vehicle.


GenAuto SMS Messaging Program

GenAuto and its participating automotive service locations offer SMS/text messaging to customers who choose to receive communications.


Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

  • Appointment scheduling or rescheduling communications
  • Vehicle service and status updates
  • Customer service communications

Opting Out of SMS Messages

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.


After you send  STOP, we may send you a final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program.


If you later wish to receive SMS communications again, you may opt in again through an available GenAuto opt-in method.
